This is an old clear California Fig Syrup Co. "Califig" Bottle. The product was basically a laxative. The front of the bottle has the following raised lettering,

The bottom of the bottle has the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. logo indicating a date of 1937 and that it was made at the Fairmont, West Virginia bottle plant. The bottle stands 7" tall and is 2-1/4" x 1-1/4" at the base. This was dug up in the mid 1970's.
