JAF & Co. Bottle - Top

This is an old clear JA Folgers & Co. bottle. The company was located in San Francisco, CA and became the Folgers Coffee company. This was most likely an extract bottle as JAF & Co. dealt in spices and extracts. The front* has JAF & Co. in a raised logo. The bottom has a triangle mark in the center and an 8 off to one corner. The bottle stands 4" tall and is 1-1/4" x 3/4" at the base. This was dug up in the mid 1970's.

Note - I call the raised lettering side the front because that is the side that holds the most interest at this point. When sold, most of these bottles had a paper label on the flat side opposite the raised lettering, which was usually considered the front.
