American LaFrance - Foamite 700 Series Truck

This is the front cab badge from an American LaFrance - Foamite 700 Series fire truck, which was in production from 1947 thru 1956. American LaFrance - Foamite was the Canadian division of American LaFrance which sold the trucks throughout North America. This emblem is in decent condition for it's age, even still having the attaching nuts and rubber grommets. Unfortunately, I only have the emblem and not the rest of the truck. The truck photos above are representative of the type, year and model it was removed from, not the actual truck. If I remember correctly, the truck was sold for scrap in the late 70's or early 80's.
