This is a Kopil Folding Bellowscope extension bellows. It has an M42 Universal/Pentax/Practika screw mount and an extension range from 4 to 14 cm (100mm Range). This is a Folding rail model, whereas the center adjusting rail folds up to make an compact unit that is easily stuffed in a camera bag. It also has two tripod mounts, one on the rear section and one on the front. This is actually a very useable attachment. You'll notice that this example has been well used. It has a pinhole or two, but I still use it on my digital SLR often. It had a small hole in the front center of the rail that I drilled slightly larger and hit with a 1/4-20 tap so a tripod could be used as a stand.
