This is a Sears extension bellows. It has an M42 Universal/Pentax/Practika screw mount and an extension range from 40 to 140 mm. This is a triple rail model, whereas the center adjusting rail needs to move in the needed direction for full extension or retraction. It also has a tripod mount on the rear section. As for the art, well, the good captain had to sit on something... and yes, that was real B&W film.
