This is a Izumanon Close-Up Zoom Attachment lens. It attaches to your camera's lens by screwing into the filter threads. It has the reproduction ratio engraved on the side. Basically it turns any lens into a decent close-up lens. This is similiar to a Spiralite Macrovar, but not a rebranded copy
