The Yashica Yashinon-DX 75 - 230mm Zoom Telephoto f/4.5 lens is heavy. It has a 360 degree rotating tripid collar. This lens has seperate zoom and focus grips. Once focused you can zoom in and out and the focus will be maintained. I prefer this over the one touch zooms. This has a screw on lens hood.
